Ok, I'm just asking.
What can this place do with refried beans, burger, shredded beef, commercial cheese and taco's that nobody else can?

They're not doing using those things for one. They use bona fide ingredients, not Tex Mex fillers, like the parts of the cow or pig that normally get turned into a hot dog in the States. Makes for fine Mexican food however.
