Well with that logic suppressors aren’t either. So when trump just tells the justice department or the ATF to get rid of them, I guess that will be ok. Besides, I ain’t worried about the bumpstock itself. It’s the precedent that Trump set by doing what he did. And you can bet this will be used by a democrat president in the near future. It was never about the bumpstock. But, Trump did make thousands if not millions of folks felons overnight. Or they had to destroy something they paid a decent amount of money for with no reimbursement. That is unconstitutional in and of itself. That idiot in Vegas didn’t need a bumpstock to kill people. I have heard numerous experts say he would have killed far more had he not used the bumpstock. Even though we don’t know if he really used a bumpstock or not. And we also don’t know if he was the only shooter. And we never will. Look I get it. Trump isn’t a democrat and he has done a lot of good for our country. But that still don’t excuse what he has done. Nominating Barr, Chuck Canterbury for the ATF. Two hugely anti gun freedom haters. Then his “take the guns first then worry about due process later”. Sure trump says a lot of things that he don’t mean but that is something someone that claims to love the 2A and our constitution should never utter. I wouldn’t even think of it.

I voted for Steve Russel so it wasn’t me that sent Horn to Washington. It don’t matter who we vote for. Our country is finished. Even If trump wins his second term we won’t see another republican president after him. Socialism will take over. Voting will not stop it.

You have to keep in mind that some who hate America will never leave it and unlike the USA, some countries have restrictions on who they will allow across their borders.
