You're probably right, unfortunately.
Oh heck, there are treaties that are still sitting in congress for approval that are older than all of us on this board. The Korean war isn't even officially over!

I got an email from the NRA. It says that the UN ATT conference has come to an impasse. It also said that the conference had broken down and will not report a draft treaty to the member nations. I do know that there was strong bipartisan opposition for this treaty to be signed. The senate wrote a letter to Obama telling him that they would not ratify the treaty if it was signed. It said that in the future we could have to deal with this again but hopefully it ends in the same fashion. God bless America.
DAmnit.. I guess I have to go find somthing else to worry about.
