Had the same problem with a horse last year. Stupid mare wouldn't leave me the HE11 alone! even scratched herself on the leg of my stand! Next sit, I brought my slingshot and picked up a few small rocks on the walk in.

problem. solved.

Edit: Okie beat me to it.

A couple years ago, I was in climbing stand. Got aggravated at the cows that decided to mill around below me. Then I noticed one full grown Angus with the rope I used to pull my gun up with wrapped around one foot. (the other end was tied to my stand)
Panic set in as I envisioned the cow realizing it was tethered, and bolting, dragging my stand down, wondering which would break first - my stand, my safety harness, or my midsection.
Thankfully the cow walked some more, the cord came unwound, and my heartbeat finally returned to normal.

There is a dead coyote over by that yellow bush, 98 yds away. More pics from the stand to come. Hopefully. :D

Heres some from the last few weeks.

I could hear this squirrel on my tree behind me getting very close so I switched the camera to the front of my phone to see if I could see it on the screen. It was only about 3 or 4 feet away and I was able to snap a couple pics before it moved on.

This little 7 point has come through several times. This day he probably roamed around within 20 yards for almost 3 hours. He showed up early before the sun came up and I could just hear him crunching up acorns.

Couple does. There was a group of 5 that were there several hours this day. These two ended up bedding down about 25 yards away. Had to wait till noon for them to move on. Then I hurried home for a late breakfast. My stomach had been growling for a while! haha
