Aside from raising the age limit to buy "assault rifles" and other things it will also redefine them possibly setting a bad precedent for antis in other states to follow...

I've wondered the same thing. And how would it even work?
Do 3000-4000 strapping dudes gear up and just walk into the state capital and tell everyone to GTFO? Do they call the feds to take over until new elections can be held? IDK how any of this would actually work, but it would sure be fun to watch!

Yes, I know. But I had the left coast in mind when I responded.

A phone call to D.C. placed 15 minutes prior to walking in and taking over saying "We need you to come in while we get things settled and back to being a State in the Union instead of a really large consulate of Venezuela. And OBTW, bring a whole bunch of ICE agents because all of our sanctuary cities are now out of the sanctuary business. We'll help if you need it". That would probably be kind of "unexpected". LOL

• Raise the age to buy semi-automatic rifles to 21 years old
• Require those buying semi-autos to pass an “enhanced background check” and undergo a training course
• Establish a 10-day waiting period for semi-auto firearm purchases
• Allow dealers to charge a $25 surcharge for semi-autos to comply with the law
• Require all firearms to be stored with a trigger lock or in a safe
