Back in 1978, the chairman of my philosophy department had a class where he hit the nail on the head as for our failed education system, "There are two types of opinions you can hold, those being opinions to which you are entitled, and those opinions to which you are not entitled." And this goes equally well for older folk. If you don't know anything detailed about the subject, your opinions are worthless and even dangerous.

I worked in a student computer lab at Ok State University,,,
I dealt with that manner of ignorance on a daily basis.

We had student workers, born in Oklahoma,,,
Who thought Tulsa was the state capital.

I worked with a girl who graduated with a degree in elementary education,,,
Her specialty (3 extra certificates) was mathematics,,,
She couldn't balance her own checkbook.

I had 2 friends that blocked me on Fascist Book. They are teachers and send them several of that type of videos and asked why they felt like they should get a significant raise. I felt their pay should be based on results and the evidence dictated they were over paid.
