I'd be in for a hat like dlbleak has, or better for me would be a lapel pin. I know it may sound stupid, but I like the idea of pinning to a shirt, coat, even a sling if I'm carrying a rifle.
Could use something like CafePress.com and offer a wide variety of stuff. CafePress would make the item on demand and ship directly to the end user.
or tag team it. 2 OSA'ers there at all times, another shows and tags out. Keep their staff occupied, ask stupid questions, repudiate their outlandish claims, etc. ...........
