Many, many years ago I worked in food service and it was hard, demanding work. Get up at 4 AM and be at work at 5 AM. I worked from 5 aM until 1 PM nearly every day for a pittance and got out of that job as quickly as I could. It is a job for young people and not a career choice. So in my opinion, wages shouldn't be increased because, it is a temporary job and the end result is that many food places will close prematurely due to the increase in minimum wage. There are other reasons others can think of but that's mine at the moment.
