In honor of this thread I believe I'll have a pour of my Russell's Reserve Single Barrel. If I had known this store pick barrel was so good I would have bought several bottles.

BT is mids. I dont understand why it is so expensive and cherished here. In WA it was on the shelf below Makers for a few $$$ less. It's not bad but it's not special.

I use to get it at Trader Joes for like $25 every once and a while to mix things up.

I like it a lot. But, I was shocked when I went to buy my first bottle in OK at a store in Altus. Almost $80 for a bottle! I don't like any bourbon that much. I was buying it for about $24 - $30 bottle in CO and ID.

I was shocked when the liquor store was having a drawing for a chance to buy a bottle for around $70
