Brand New Edelbrock performance intake's go for $400.

Used ones should be no more than $100, there is never any way to verify a used part's condition unless you get it checked out by MPI tests. There can always be microscopic cracks in the metal which will shorten its useful life.

It does not matter if you are selling one used that has only seen 500 miles, it should still be worth no more than $100, used parts are ripoff's anyways, get a new Edelbrock Performance Intake and Throttle Body, get some Fel-Pro Gaskets for it and you can gain 60 HP cumulatively just by bolting those on.

Sure Can Go HERE Should help ya out.

And to clarify the $400 I quoted on new Vortec's was including a set of FEl-Pro Gaskets which are $90, dont cheap out on the gasket set for these, you will be sorry using the bargain barrel gaskets when it goes *poop* as that is one of the MAIN weak points of the 5.7's, the Intake Manifold Gasket.

Those are replacements for the stock Intake Manifold that sits in the dead center on top of the 5.7, bolt-on the Vortec Air Intake Housing, and good to go. They should be exactly what you are talking about.

Those are all good for 96-99 Vortec engines, some are direct stock and 1 or 2 are going to add horsepower, depending on the intake you have to begin with.

No one makes a direct bolt on aftermarket intake for the 96-98 vortec 350s with CSFI. For about 1000 you can mod a vortec marine intake with MPI but its not something just anyone could do.

This is what he is looking for.

Get off my lawn.
That's the one I had down to 110. A little high for what I want. I'd probably pay up to $75 for one. I just want one to bolt on my new motor before I swap them. If I can't get one on the cheap, I'll move the one I have over during the swap and clean it up.
