Looks like a persimmon tree to me.

I think at this point it could be any number of trees. Gonna have to wait and see what shows up.

My vote is for Pecan tree; my OK place used to have a Pecan orchard on part of it. I have to brush-hog Pecan and Black-Locust saplings from trails and pastures all the time.

Pecan trees have skinnier leaves I believe.

Pattern of leaves on limb help to identify. Edge of teaves will also help identify.

Unless you've been throwing avocado pits out on your property and got lucky enough to have one germinate and grow, I'd say it's a persimmon tree!
