Ooo I could make some kabobs....Mmm...steak, chicken, shrimp, scallops, green peppers, onions, crab, and bacon....Have not made those in a while.
I kinda like to skewar the just shrimp & coat with butter & tabasco, keep brushing while grilling.
That sounds good too. I could do some of those separate.

Sam's has good prices on ribeye. Isn't it like under $7 a pound?
I am a fan of grilling a whole tri-tip or flank steak to a nice medium rare. It's what Californians call barbecue. Sure, not barbecue by my standards. But it's damn good nonetheless.

Haha. If i had an actual yard and didn't live in a small apartment I wouldn't mind having some people over. All I have is my 5x5 concrete slab outside of my sliding glass door.
I usually get the 3 pack ribeyes and they normally cost around $25 (at Sams). I'll never eat another steak from Wal-Mart again after trying the ones from Sams.
Just keep 'er simple and grill the fat steaks from Sam's. Less chance of screwing it up.
If you really want to treat yourself...stop by a real meat market like Wheelers or something like that. Also, make SURE you use charcoal ant propane!
