So after my holiday pay coming in from this paycheck this week I'll have a little money to treat myself. I'm trying to figure out what I want to grill this weekend. Possibly some fat steaks from Sams.

What do you suggest?

The better question is what should you NOT grill.

Most any dead critter is delicious on a grill.
