Every time I’ve had it it’s always been mediocre. And I’ve been to several in Texas and Oklahoma.
I first ran into Whataburger in Kingsville, TX, back in 1983 when I was in the Navy. I don't remember their burgers but the whole family loved the breakfast taquitos. I tried it again years ago at the store in Broken Arrow and was not impressed. One last try at the South Tulsa store on Memorial and I've not been back.
You take a bite and think "What? a Burger? It sure doesn't taste like one."
