Oh Danny we gotta talk. You and I are the same age and apparently have similar interest. Justification for the purchase is getting and doing something you really enjoy. We may still feel pretty young but in reality we are getting on the short rows of life. After defeating cancer I figured out the most improtant thing is to enjoy life each day and eliminate as many regrets as I can. The only way I can actually justify any more gun purchases is that it makes me happy and that is what counts.

There are other things I want too, so a hunting rifle is taking a back seat. For now.

CZ 527 in .223, but I'd have to say the Mosin Nagant, as cheap as it is, is a BLAST to shoot, literally. Just something about seeing "Enemy at the Gates" makes me feel like I'm a part of something special.

Once I get my 527 Carbine in 7.62x39mm, I'm sure my opinions will change.
