Where to donate men's suits and clothes?

So I have a number of my old suits, and all of my dad's, that need to go away. He was a banker, so there is a considerable amount of nice suits, however they are all older and none of the places I've found want anything older than 5 years.

They don't fit me, so I can't use them. I would hate to just take them to the dump. Is there any thrift stores or donation centers besides the goodwills and salvation army that could use professional men's clothing? Dressed For Success OKC and another specialize in professional clothing, but as I said, they are too old for that.

Just a shame to throw in the dump clothes that costs tens of thousands of dollars new.

I subject Salvation Army over Goodwill. Salvation Army does more for the local community in my eyes. Also less greedy. OKC has many Salvation Army donation centers around .

We donate our things to big brothers big sisters, they will come pick up

Any thrift store will take them! Lots of people shop for suits/jackets at thrift stores.

A former executive/boss of mine is a larger man. He told me he donated his suits to a North Tulsa funeral home for burial wear. He said they were glad to receive them.

You might try some churches, the ones in less fortunate areas, nothing like a new suite for Christmas Mass.

First Baptist Church in Walters does a huge amount of clothing.
