thats Tudor territory, budget wise

Yep, just a couple hundred less than a Pelagos. To be fair, it is a limited production piece, with a better movement and a better level of finishing than most other Seiko divers. It's a watch nerd's watch, which is the biggest reason for the price tag. IMO, a MSRP that was in the $2500 neighborhood would have been more fitting.

Hate when mother nature craps on my weekend..... but have had plenty of watch working time .
Parts watch on the way for a Lucerne diver and have an American Heritage I am tearing down for a good cleaning.
It needed a part as well but have had everything here for a while .
And my Enicar is a good watch to wear whilst working on watches...
By the way, @coolhandluke what band would you put on this? Not that I do not like what's on it but .... I have zero style sense . Lol.
Thought about switching out the thread on this band for red...

The vintage side stitch look works well on that watch. I'd stick with that style (in whatever color you like best) and make sure the strap has a thin profile. I actually like the off-white colored thread best. The Fluco Hunter line of straps that are sold at Holbens would all look great on that watch.

I think this gray Fluco buffalo grain might look nice as well with that silver dial.

If you want something with red stitching, Hirsch makes a buffalo grain strap that might work...

You can always re-stitch the strap you have. It would look like the Sinn strap below afterwards. I'd just make sure that the thread is a close match to the seconds hand or it won't look great.

Irritatingly cracked Garmin

Still functions as it should — Garmin will replace the Crystal for about $150 - (is it considered a Crystal or a screen on a smart watch?)
But I thought I had lost the thing (was in my truck- which I only drive occasionally) - and sourced a factory refurbished, one on Amazon for about the same money. - So false economy to get it repaired, although I hate contributing to our throwaway society

@okierider I’ve got a Hirsch on my bell matic. Very well made straps. I think red stitching to match the second hand would look nice. Maybe just the stitching at the springbars though.

That Bell-Matic looks great. Congrats on a great eBay find. How's it running?
