When I applied for mine I asked about that and was told even in the middle of the night if I wish.Oh, cool!
I figured they would only issue our 2A privilege from something like 9 to 11AM and 1 to 3PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays that fall on odd-numbered days.
I don't know if they were pleasant with you when you dropped off your paperwork or not . But they were very nice to me. From the lady who took my paperwork and made sure I filled it out right, The lady who took my fingerprints and wanted to talk sport. And even when I went to pick it up and the lady was trying to find me under my middle name and I accused her of trying to change my name . I did not think she was going to stop laughing. I will be the first to admit I thought they might treat me rude during the process but was pleasantly surprised.Oh, cool!
