Thats the reason I have this one. Its very similar to what I carried while in the US Army. She's my only one, and had honeybee put on a small ambi safety since I'm a southpaw, but can't stand those extended ones, to easy to get swiped off.

USGI Colt Slide with USGI parts on an Essex frame. Everything very well fitted. One day I may have better sights put on her, but I can still see the old ones for now.
