I believe MythBusters did that.
It is very cool to watch.
I can't remember what all they had to go thru to get that to happen, but putting a small dent in it was one of the factors.

Yeah, the myth was that under certain conditions rain would cool off a tank car and cause enough pressure difference to make it collapse; they couldn't make it happen so the myth was busted.
I don't remember what they did to finally make it collapse.
