That's what it's like with these bums. They tell you they need ten bucks to see their dying mothers and they spend it all on a bag full of toys so they can hang out under an over pass in hopes of bushwhacking a child in front of hundreds of passers by.
I think you did the right thing, and not a moment too soon.
