Maybe the North Koreans aren't so bad after all. I don't necessarily prefer 4'11" petite chicks, but I do prefer B and C cups. I'm not a fan of big boobies and I especially dislike implants. More than a handful is a waste.
Typical posturing by North Korea to avoid the fact that a majority of the population is starving to death and that they are too radical to conform to international law to receive assistance.

I like breast of all sizes as long as they are natural and I agree with OutdoorTulsa, this is just to try and hide how many N. Koreans are starving.
