Is that open carry or concealed carry?

over the phone he said no weapons on the premises, so to me that means it don't matter how you carry it, its not allowed. However at the door the policy hanging their said no open carry. I want to call them back and ask why I was told something different over the phone than what the door said I just haven't had time.
