The judge booted that. One of the few things she's got right.

But it does go to show how low the pieces of **** for the state are. The defense didn't have any idea about this until 7:30 this morning. Hey! Lets have a trial and decide what the charge is right before it goes to the jury! If they had their way it would be just that ludicrous.

First of all, I am not racist. But a lot of blacks really piss me off. I am just not afraid to say what is on my mind. In black peoples minds every white person is a cracker and a racist. Yet a black can call a white person every name in the book and it is not racism. In truth, blacks are the most racist people there are. And all you ever hear are blacks running their mouths about how they have been oppressed for the past 400 years or some crap. Well the last time I checked none of them have ever been oppressed. They like to run their mouths how the "white man" has held them back and set them up to fail. Just like on the movie boys in the hood. Laurence Fishburn says to the boys, "why do you think they put a liquor store on the corner in a black neighborhood?" He tried to say that the white man puts that their so blacks can get drunk and kill each other. Yes I know that is a movie but it the logic that real blacks have. It really pisses me off today. I mean, we have a black president. Yeah that is some oppression there. It doesn't matter how much they are given they will always want more. And whites will always be the scum holding them back.

You are not racist ....but......then you proceed to spew a load of racist crap.
I have you figured out.
You personally, not you as a representative of whatever ethnic group you think you act as mouth piece for.

Personally, I take people as individuals and judge them individually on their actions, with you as a specific example.
All races, nationalities, sexes, and ages have individuals who fall at least partially under the upbrella of "racist" or "sexist" or "gay haters" or whatever the flavor of hate happens to be popular that day.
That doesn't make it right to lump a group together under one label and spew some preconcieved notions to the world to describe the entire group.

And by "shoe on other foot" do you mean to say that if a Zimmerman shot a white kid and claimed self defense it would have never made national news? Or maybe you meant that if a black man shot a Hispanic kid it wouldn't matter enough to be reported as news? Really? Seriously? That's what's funny.

Oh, and just a little FYI, if you have to preface anything you're getting ready to say with "I'm not racist, but....." then chances are what you're getting ready to say is probably highly racist and your making a feeble attempt at distancing yourself from it.

But of course I'm most likely wrong. Good thing that someone will be along shortly to tell me what "my people" are supposed to think.

Are you serious? I sure hope not. Funny how people tend to take things said with truthful facts as racists isn't it. Kinda goes along the lines of "if the shoe fits" huh. Also funny you refuse to acknowledge that what I said about "the shoe on the other foot" as being a true statement. FACT is that it has happened several times just since this case but never made it past local news sources. You seriously trying to tell me they didn't over hype this case based on the fact he was a black youth? Cause if so you might wanna actually pay attention to whats going on in this country because that is exactly what happened.

When was the last national news story you read about or that got this much publicity when it was a case going the other direction? Honestly. Fact is society has come to "accept" it when it's the other way around but by god if it's a case like this one the media will hype the crap out of it & people will threaten to riot.

Why aren't white people up in arms about the recent incident where 3 black youths beat a man & knocked him into traffic where a car ran over him killing him? those teens are sitting in jail right now for this crime yet I do not see national news coverage. You ever stop to think why this is? You don't see locals in that man's area protesting outside the jail & threatening to riot over it. And I'd consider that case to be one more deserving since the man was a innocent by stander who was attacked. Hell in this case it was MARTIN who was the attacker & all the evidence provided proved this.

So please, bless us with more of your logic......

You never explained what the "other shoe" meant. Zimmerman shoots a white kid? Black man shoots an Hispanic kid? Black guy shoots a white kid? White guy shoots an Hispanic kid?

Dunno...maybe so, but along that logic why were we inundated daily with incessant facts and tidbits when a 20 something white girl brutally murdered her 30 something whit Mormon boyfriend? No blacks involved. Why was this even on the news?

I don't know. I'm not white and even if I was I still wouldn't dream of speaking for an entire race of people. Are you white? Why aren't you up in arms over this? Why aren't the locals protesting?
Oh...I understand the victim was white, but do I have to be Caucasian to be upset that an innocent white man was killed? Is it alright for me to be against murder? Or just the murder of my own race? If the locals do protest, will only whites be allowed to protest? What about the Asians or Hispanics...can they be against murder too even though the man killed was white?

I agree with this completely. and as for the picture, if the boy had assaulted the man & died as a result of his decision to attack another person then I'd still say he died due to his poor decisions.
