Most ridiculous thread I have ever read on here. Where's all of the hate coming from? My Gun is obnoxiously loud, oh this is a gun forum. I suggest that any one that can't deal with the noise of a motorcycle don the tin foil hat, and insert plugs appropriately. In case you aren't aware, a good deal of the "Bikers" are veterans, true blue Americans, and fellow shooters. Some are the real deal, not just wing it, Poseurs. Cruise through the VA hospital lot sometime & be surprised. Noticed allot of reference to Penis, on this thread. Could this be the Freudian "Penis Envy"? I thought that was only symptomatic for young girls?

if i get another bike. itll be loud and while i won't scare puppies with it you can bet i'll rev it up from time to time and if you don't like it you can...well... just not like it.

I don't think the OP was upset with all people who ride bikes, just folks who don't respect someone else's legitimate desire for peace and quiet. What's wrong with that? And he sure isn't a condemning veterans. Where in the world did that come from? Anyway, this isn't a "gun forum". It's a "General Discussions" forum under "General Forums". The gun specific forums are down the list a bit.

Because many people who ride were once in the military (there's lots of vets, so it stands to reason), so he's trying to make the correlation. It's like the term "he's a good Christian"; it's used as a shut-down tool to end the debate. If you don't like loud pipes, you must not like bikers. Since many people who ride once served in the military, by default you don't support veterans and are therefore un-American.
