I see people continuing to buy/sell with newbies if the price is right.
Just continue to do business with all the OSA folks you want to buy/sell with and skip over the rest.
Seems by the transactions it is more an issue for some of reasonable pricing rather than reasonable number of posts.

You might get more traction if you approach it this way:

1) For non-supporting members, you must have 'X' minimum post count (quality posts) before you're allowed to post in classifieds.
2) For supporting members, no minimum post count required.

The board owner may like the idea of incentivizing people becoming a supporting member ($).
Of course, 'X' is negotiable.

I do not mind the new guys at all.
I was new once.
I hate the politics stuff and the football baseball sports stuff can die as far as I am concerned.

That politics crap is way worse than some posts for things for sale.
I think 90% of the vehicles posted from older members are way too high but I do not ***** about it because someone out there may think it's a bargain.

I gave 1500 for my 1957 chevy car about 7 years ago and I thought it was a bit high even though the owner claimed ran and drove and had new seats to go with it and many fenders trunk lids and bumpers that were extras.

I needed a larger V8 car than my 47 dodge truck or my 1976 vette I gave 3K for.
The 4 door 57 fit the bill.
Yes 3K and it did run and drive perfectly and had low miles and AC.
I would not give any more than that just a stupid 76 vette and wife said such a small car and not a stick shift LAME.
