We now have 4 families with children (11 total kids, I think)

I divide the "pot" by children, so a 2 kid family will get 1/2 of what a 4 kid family gets...

So far, the only auctions that have ever been associated with this drive is by me donating a gun in the classifieds - maybe this year we can look at putting a few things together as a "package" and then auctioning off?
