when I'm dead and gone those horns won't mean anything. I've got a pile of horns from over the years. Someone around me may harvest him.
Between the moon, the high temps and the wind, along with acorns dropping, my deer have pretty much all gone nocturnal. That being the case, I decided to use the midday hours today to set a couple bow stands on a heavily used trail that is littered with scrapes. This is also the main trail my #1 uses.

Those look like beautiful spots. I’ve got one area that I like to sit in just because it looks so perfect. I’ve taken a deer from there but mostly just watch them!
