Another good opening day, and a cooler full of meat to bring home! The buck fell at 7:30, the doe at 7:45 at the same spot he was shot.

Some people think 350 legend is pointless but man that 180gr SP blew through the shoulders and made a nice big entrance and exit making blood trails easy, the whole 30 yards 🤣

My wife, daughter and I got out this morning, late as usual though 🤣. About 30 minutes in, this big female appeared out of nowhere it seemed, already staring at us when I spotted her. The 308 didn't do her any favors...

Every time I hunt this is actually what I hope shows up. I will blow a stand for a coyote every time. :) That is of course if I owned a firearm.
