We were digging through old photos tonight and I came across this. Many years ago I had access to a Celestron C-90 telescope and an adapter that fit my Canon AE-1 camera. My daughter was standing in the street with a setting sun behind her, and I was on the front porch. Technically, it is not a good photo, over or underexposed, not sure which. Sometimes rules are made to be broken. But it is my all time favorite photo. There is something haunting about it.

Here, but occasionally There.
Terry,

This falls into the category of photography described by the famous Ansel Adams. One of his quotes is a favorite of mine:

"There are no rules for good photographs; there are only good photographs."

Good inventive technique, and I have to agree it is a good outcome.

Excellent family life photo there. You can tell the little one looks up to the older one. And it just goes to prove, blood is not necessary for family.
