Ammo prices - going up, going going gone

I checked my books. I paid $21.62 OTD for the Federal 550 pack of .22lr at Wal-Mart in March 2012. I thought that was high at the time.

I paid $26 and some change for 375rd box of CCI MiniMag, about .06-.07 a round. That's on par before all this started, it was a local hole in the wall store though.

They would have stayed on the shelf if I had that happen, or, accidently dropped them, with the contents spilling all over the floor, as I walked out the door saying "I'm so sorry".

i just picked up a 1400 round bucket of 22lr at lGS for $70 the last that he had and the last anyone had in town

walmart at admiral & memorial had remington 22 and federal 9mm at 9:15 this morning
didn't pay attention to the 22 price.
the 9mm was $21.37 per 100
The clerk said it will all be gone by noon.

Could only be Dong's. They're notorious for stuff like this.
