You haven’t been on mine. Cats in the country are the scourge of ground nesting birds.

Cats are kill on sight in my neck of the woods.
I have a couple black snakes that keep the barn rodent free during the summer and I have traps in the winter.
Cats not required.
i agree

On topic, save what $ you can for the deposit. Pinch, scrimp where ever you can if your serious. Not in the bank though , under your pillow, coffee can somewhere safe . Real estate market will cycle for the buyer's. It Was, a seller's market or cycle, but with current conditions its only a matter of time and it'll be a tough crash as Oklahoma saw a lot of imports due to the mmj industry. Imo there will be a lot of foreclosures. Some sites that allow viewing of foreclosures may require membership. But keep your eyes peeled and your piggy bank growing. Off topic, I don't like cats for the above stated reasons and because we have farm animals. Animals not belonging to us typically don't fare well.

So a recent new neighbor moved from the Atlanta area, chefs who moved here with a dream of making mmj edibles and making a living. They paid around 250k for 10 acres, modular house 2 car metal building. They're dream is not panning out . Place is relisted at 489k lol . I think they're eating too many of the goods . Ain't gonna happen at that price. If they have a mortgage exceeding what they may have saved they might find themselves in a pickle.
