I thought some of these guys might recognize themselves in the mirror. When they didn't, I brought it around a second time. They still didn't bite. What's a guy to do?Answering your own post?
I'm getting older. Sometimes I find I'm answering myself too. Carry on.
Currently one group has power over the over group...coupled with other factors, leading to a very polarizing situation. We have to first understand the underlying intragroup and intergroup processes that are contributing to the overall situation, and then we can affect positive change. Meanwhile, it's a bad state of affairs for everyone involved.

To clarify my position, no involved group is doing anything "wrong" or "right". Some individuals (from all involved groups) have made bad decisions, but those individual cases certainly don't describe the majority of any involved group. It's the systematic environmental issues that need the most attention (i.e., not the people). And, the media is doing their best to paint an exaggerated polarized picture by running individual cases non-stop.
