I will be grinding hog meat today from 7 hogs I kept from a live trap.
I do not need the coon but if someone wanted I can grind it also.
I actually like it's fat content better than wild young swine.

They sure are. Right under a badger, IMO, when comes to being mean. Years ago, I used to run them with hounds. Saw one big boar climb on a young dog's head after luring him into the water, trying to drown him. Probably would've if I hadn't got there in time.
