I would just use some 230 grain full metal jacket ammo.

Most I've seen say stay away from Wolf. The place I shoot says they don't allow it as their recycler won't take lead, copper, brass mixed with steel.

Use the name brand rounds like Winchester, Remington, federal or cci/speer. Collect up your spent brass because if you shoot a lot of .45's you may want to start reloading one of these days.
