They make a tart cherry extract capsule you can take which is much more affordable than tart cherry juice. I take 2 capsules daily along with a 300 mg Allopurinol and haven't had a flareup in over 7 years.
I’ve been taking the tart cherry capsules for about two years. No flareups since I started taking them.
