In the trespassers defense he was only applying the woody Guthrie song "this land is your land, this land is my land..."
Current Oklahoma Law states that signs aren't even needed now. If you don't have written permission to be on the property your guilty of trespass. I'm on a first name basis with the GW's in my area for good reasons. LOLI'd call the local game warden as well. We have the same problem on our family land up in Wisconsin. Jerks killed(poached) all the Turkeys we had. On another note, DNR warden informed us that all of our signs now have to be multi lingual.
I have another idea. Get one of those driveway alert things and make it so you can get a signal at home also put up a no parking sign. When it goes off call a tow company to remove the vehicle and let the person who is there try and figure out where the vehicle is then pay the tow fee and storage on it.
Looks like you in camo , same little short bowlegs ..........maybe the old-timers is kicking in and you don't remember you went huntingCame over for an afternoon/evening hunt and pulled the card from the game cam.
This is the trespasser.
Just a couple hours later, here I am spreading corn.
I may have to do an early morning recon tomorrow.......
That provision is to give GW and LEO an option when the jackwagons are caught driving around your wheat field at night spotlighting deer. I've seen it on mine, and others in the area have seen tracks across the wheat as well.Interesting that this section mentions "fenced and posted".
E. No person shall operate a motor-driven conveyance on lands that are fenced and posted or are in cultivation without permission of the landowner, lessee or occupant.
