I traded an M&P Sport and 4 pmags for a NIB Gen 4 G17 and 4 17 round mags and also got 600 in cash.

9mm glocks were fairly scarce, and mags were non existent. North Georgia Reloaders sold all the 9mm(109/500) they had in about 30 minutes. Quite a bit of marked up Monarch(academy brand) on the tables and I saw a case of Lake City 556 for 900 bucks...

I'm sure could have done better on a private sale had I wanted to hang around...

Anyone else actually go to the Metcalf show ? What were dealers asking for your basic model new AR's...... Bushmasters, Windham, Stag, etc. ??? Were there any new AK's to speak of ?

Went to the OKC show. Cheapest AR I saw was 1500....also saw lots close to 3k. I don't know ARs so not sure what they were.

AKs: Mak 90s were 900- 1500, a couple nib nice ones there. Century kit guns 1000-1900, only 4or 5 in the whole show.

Ammo was very high, 900/1k round 223, 350/500 rounds 7.62X39.

Lots of GI 30 rounders for ARs, cheapest 30, most expensive I saw was 55 per. Pmags were 50 and up.

I did not see much selling, I think people are running out of cash now. A lot of walking around. After 3 hours I saw the same guys walking around with the same ARs on there shoulders.

It was well attended with lots of tables.

I went to Tulsa and sold a DTI complete lower for $500. Sad part is I know I could have got more! But oh well. I seen Pmags for $70. GI mags for $60. One dealer had his builds there and they started at $2500 and went up!

I hope all the hoop-la has died down. I just want some ammo for plinking and a little in reserve but there are too many people buying to resell. I can't wait for this all to die off and people to be stuck with a $2500 AR that they bought on a whim and will never shoot since it cost them so much.
