I have some questions for OP.
Have you taken other handguns with you on these recent outings?
How do they shoot? Right on? low and left also?
Do you wear glasses? If so,Have you recently gotten new lenses?
35 years ago I learned about this, A customer was complaining his S&W model 28 was suddenly shooting low and left.
No matter how much he adjusted the sights it didn't help.
We took the gun to the range and I re-sighted it, He tried it and a couple other guys tried it . It was him not the gun.
Then he tried it without his glasses and it shot where he aimed.
He went back to the eye doctor and asked about it.
He had a old doctor who replied " you should have told me you shoot handguns"
He rechecked and adjusted the "sweet spot" in his lens prescription.
Problem solved!

Dry fire: balance a coin on the front sight if you can and try to squeeze off a shot without disturbing the coin. Repeat.
