I heard somewhere that Oklahoma beavers aren't big or hairy or thick enough to bring much money...
After a trip to the fair, I challenge that assumption.

I love squirrel....hmmm, I may have to try eating a beaver.They taste more like squirrel to me. Kind of a cross between squirrel and rabbit. Much better than deer! And tender. Every part is tender. Not like a deer where you get about 10 pounds of tender meat and the rest gets bigger as you chew.
