Hitchcock Wide Shoes online. You can send them an outline of your feet and they will fit you.
If they are not what you like you can send them back. I have used them for years and they
have helped. Also New Balance is good too. For boots try Russel Moccasins , I think you can send them your measurements too. Nowadays there are several places that fit wide feet.

I have been wearing New Balance for years. I really like them and I wear X-wide. I may have to look at something else because they seemed to have changed them and are running smaller. Normally I buy the 577 velcro walking shoe. Easier on me then tying a shoe because when I bend over the rib and lung damage cuts my breathing down.

I have always liked Lace up Red Wings, there is a sweet spot after break in and right before they get worn out, where they are like a tennis shoe and boot.
Maximum support with ability to Maneuver.
I no longer need the Maneuver part, but still enjoy support of a lace up boot and foot protection.
I have some Iron Rangers, that are about ten years old and feel great, I just change out the insole pad now and then. First Cost is a little over Three hundred, they can be resoled for around One seventy. It would take about ten pair of quality tennis shoes to get the same mileage as one pair of the red wings.
I have a foot that requires at least EE along with a High instep. I find some EEE to be slightly to wide. For casual I usually get an extra wide skeecher.
