Biscuits and gravy with sausage in the gravy. Fried eggs on the side.
Even did bologna gravy one time with the biscuits. Not a problem.

Wife makes a red potato / ham / spinach / onion hash topped with fried eggs that I am a big fan of. Also homemade waffles.
