I think that it depends on whether the gun is used or not. There is some law about having a new gun for a year before they can sell new without paperwork. I don't have enough info. to elaborate any farther and may not have all of my facts straight.

I'll bump this up because I'm curious myself.

Not true if you have a Federal Firearms License. Once you buy a gun sure you can sell it but you have to do a 4473 on the buyer and record it in your bound book.

Lobbyists are pulling the strings of our elected puppets. Fear of the paper trail cracks me up though, you're in Oklahoma, there's like an 85% chance of you owning a firearm or 12.

They can't go to each and every house, but they can search the database of 4473 transactions to get probably cause when they outlaw guns.

Yes, you can sell your Privately owned guns FTF ..... As long as you didn't buy them with an FFL ....... JMO
