A CCW carrier shot at a man and his wife for cutting him off while racing his cat to the vet. The whole thing is just weird. Go to kfor.com and look at the 6:00 newscast. It's about halfway through.

I believe he is in the clear, as established in Smith vs. State where it was ruled it's legal to shank someone for exiting out the entry door at 7-11.
