Did you know that China has 730 people in prison for every 100,000 population? Amazing. If you just count adults it's supposedly every 1 in 100 in prison.

I seriously doubt China would pay to have a large prison population. Maybe if the prison was self supportive. Then again, isn't the whole country a large self supportive prison?
I suspect eliminating people is more their style, and since their population is unarmed [sarcasm](good thing they have no human rights violation there)[/sarcasm], it is easy for them to eliminate whoever they want gone.
