Sure, anything is possible, but USC doesn't seem to play well against ranked teams this year and they have 2 coming up. Hallmark of a Riley coached team. OU doesn't have any ranked opponents coming up and their D is significantly better than USCs. We are winning close games that we lost last year.

UCF was a MUCH better team with their starting QB, and sure if we win out, we will likely meet Texas. Point still remains, that OU is trending in a different direction than USC.
