Gundy is a helluva coach, but one that is too stubborn to change with the landscape of college football. I've been a defender of him as a coach, but he needs to go. I doubt he's gonna tackle NIL and the portal with his heart into it. Another problem is that OSU has some donors..... but they don't buy into the NIL like other programs. Unless they change their mindset, that's gonna be a problem.

Spot on, this is exactly OSU's problem.

I think Gundy loves what he's doing and what OSU has done for him in life, and he's going to fight to keep it. The problem is that the regents and everyone involved don't know that NIL and the portal are going to win the fight...
