That’s what makes this win so sweet. OSU can’t afford to buy the players OU can. This is the year and we love seeing it happen. I wish OU well in the SEC.
I think I remember OSU as Big 12 champs in 2011 when my son was at osu. Maybe later, but around that time. They didn’t have playoffs then for the big 12If we were a "4" why are OSU fans crying to have us back? We've dominated the conference. Hell, OSU has never won a Big 12 Championship game, much less played in one.

I know someone who thinks that’s where the superconferences (the SEC in particular) are headed. With the NIL genie out of the bottle, the next step is for the superconferences to tell the NCAA to pound sand, then eliminate the four years of eligibility rule, then become minor leagues for the NFL.

Wise move...I would expect his marketablity would decrease each year OU is in SEC.

Pppft. The SEC has been ridin on Alabama and Georgia coatails forever and a day.Past those two it gets mediocre real quick. Everyone fell for this hype and propaganda that ESPN started pumping out after they bought the SEC Network.In reality it is just like any of the other P-5 conferences. They all have their Vanderbuilts just like we have Kansas. You can look at the last few years of the bowl results that bear this out.
