To add another thought to the idea: What is the law regarding an unloaded, secured by lockbox weapon, with the ammo secured in a separate, locked compartment?
I know the SDA is very specific about it, and the solution for most is to park off campus. I get that, no questions there, but I really have zero idea with an unloaded and secure weapon.
Perhaps call the local sheriff and ask? I'd ask very, very carefully since you don't want to give the wrong impression.. heh.
do you think that will sink in?
So the answer to the question of any and all guns on K-12 and votech property is no matter how you slice, how you conceal it, and anything else you put into the equation it is a felony. If it is ever discovered you will be a non voting felon without a concealed carry permit, and without the right to own any guns.
Almost forgot about the only exception to the Law is on duty law enforcement officer/contracted security.
BUT[/B] I will not carry on a school campus or in a state or federal building. T
BB, would you post that again i didnt get it the first time
I'm not even gonna mention the unknown exemption, but there is one.
