in an interview with a child that just came out ..... she said teachers told them to all to huddle into a corner and they did.
first thing I though was ... what a stupid thing to do!!!

That is the safest thing to do. You want the kids running around screaming? They need to be huddled together. That is what they are taught.

These gun free zones need to come under serious scrutiny. Sadly I think quite the opposite will occur and we will continue to see unspeakable tragedies like this.

They are already pulling politics and guncontrol BS on MSNBC. Forget that some other sicko did the same amount of damage with a knife in China. My prayers go out to the families of all students and faculty at the school. I cant imagine what they are going through right now.

ABC is saying that the shooter was fired this morning. CNN is reporting the shooter dead and was found with a glock and a sig. Other reports are saying it was a .223 assault rifle (which could be anything)

I keep reading all the comments and trying to come up with how to express how I feel at this moment. I just can't describe the feeling. I guess the best thing to do at this very moment is to simply pray for the injured and the parents that have suddenly lost their little babies. I'm simply not smart enough to put my feelings in words..
